Every order is processed within 24 hours and the average delivery time is 5 - 10 working days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. Because of this unique business model, we can save a lot on storage and transport costs and offer the products at a lower price than the competition and cover the shipping costs ourselves. 

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. 

Have you received nothing 3 days after the expected delivery time? Then please contact us. 

Because we work with different suppliers, it may be that products are shipped separately. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days.

We will cover the shipping costs of the order ourselves.

Yes. You can return any order to us within 30 days without giving a reason.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and with labels and tags attached. The product must not show any signs of use. 

We recommend providing a return shipment with a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment. 

Once we have received the items you returned, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 5 days.

You will receive your Track and Trace code by email when your package has been shipped. So keep an eye on it!

From the moment your package arrives at the mail order company, the Track and Trace information is available. Please note that there may be some delay. If you have not received a track and trace after 7 days, please send an email to: info@anubisamsterdam.nl.
